Nicky Maddison

Aged 11, Nicky was selected to represent the North of England in a match against the South of England.

After countless practice sessions, In 2008 Nicky won his first major tournament, winning the St Andrews Boys over 8 rounds on the Old Course. Later that year he flew out to Kansas, USA on a golf scholarship where he managed 11/13 'top 10' finishes in tournaments, including 3 wins. Nicky was made a First Team All American in his first year.
Nicky represented the Northumberland County teams at all levels, winning the County Championship in 2010 and 2011, playing off a handicap of +2. In 2010 Nicky won the 72 hole, British UniversityStrokeplay Championship at Dundonald Golf Club with a score of level par.

Nicky moved to Saunton in November 2011 to pursue a career as a PGA Professional. He turned professional in July 2012 and started the PGA Foundation Degree in October of that year.
